At ByteAstral Technologies - FZCO, we strive to provide excellent services to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting a refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank’s policies and procedures.

Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
